How many years have you been in business.

How and When do I pay?
You can pay us in cash and soon we will be accepting credit/debit.
Full payment is due right after we set up/deliver the rental equipment.
What does your rental process look like?
Simply give us a call, decide what rental equipment you want, pick a date and time for drop off and pick up, then enjoy.
How often do you clean your equipment?
Typically we clean our jumpers, tables, chairs, etc, at least once a week.
We also do a final inspection of our rentals before and after setting them up.
Do you leave equipment overnight?
We no longer leave equipment overnight because in prior years we had problems with things being damaged or stolen.
Do you set up Jumpers in parks?
Currently we do not work with parks, but give us a call and we can work something out.
What cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver in Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, and Pittsburg.
How many days in advanced should I call to get a rental?
We strongly advise you book in advance with a minimum 72 hour notice, but depending on the availability, we also take last minute/same day requests with an additional fee.
Do you have a contract that we have to sign?
Yes, all service requests are fulfilled only after a short contract has been read and agreed upon.
Do you have insurance?
At this moment we do not have insurance but will begin the process of providing it if necessary.
